Autrice française, Claire Richard est bien connue des auditeurs de plusieurs grandes chaînes de radio. Ceux-ci lui doivent en effet nombre de récits de fiction ou inspirés de faits authentiques dont La dernière Nuit d’Anne Bonny et La Reine des Pirates pour Arte Radio, Alice et Hadrien et Le Télégraphe céleste pour France Culture. Elle est aussi la réalisatrice de podcasts documentaires pour ces mêmes stations et Binge. Ce travail radiophonique lui a valu d’être la lauréate de nombreux prix nationaux et internationaux, tels le prix fiction radio Télérama, le prix Italia, le prix Europa, le grand prix de l’écriture radiophonique de la SGDL, le prix Nouveau Talent radio SACD et, par deux fois, le prix fiction SACD Paris Podcast. Par ailleurs écrivaine, elle a publié aux éditions du Seuil, deux récits littéraires salués par la critique, Les Chemins de Désir (2019) et Des Mains heureuses (2023), ainsi que divers ouvrages sur des groupes ou initiatives militantes (Technopolice, Young Lords…). Elle est en outre membre du comité éditorial de la revue Panthère Première. Adaptée de l’une de ses créations radiophoniques, La dernière Nuit d’Anne Bonny est sa première expérience d’écriture pour la BD. Enfin, ce n’est qu’un détail, mais cela veut peut-être dire beaucoup : Claire Richard avoue une passion immodérée pour la cuisine asiatique. © Le Lombard
