Les choses s’enveniment entre les amis de Yiseo et le serveur du Honey Night. Saeroyi tente de calmer le jeu mais Seunggwon se laisse rapidement rattraper par son caractère imprévisible. Il se bat contre l’ami de Yiseo et a bien du mal à s’arrêter. C’est justement à ce moment que la police fait son entrée, ce qui présage un bien mauvais avenir pour le restaurant de Saeroyi : servir de l’alcool a des mineurs est interdit et il encourt deux mois de fermeture ! Comment pourra-t-il s’en remettre ?
Après un deuxième tome qui nous avait laissés perplexes, ce troisième tome de Itaewon Class est un peu plus intéressant. On comprend enfin les relations qui commencent à s’installer entre Yiseo et Saeroyi. La jeune femme est un peu moins antipathique que dans le volume précédent et on en apprend plus sur les motivations du héros qui, bien qu’adulte, a encore parfois des réactions très puériles, ce qui le rend plutôt intriguant. L’arrivée d’un nouveau personnage, Guensoo, apporte également de nouvelles perspectives à l’intrigue. Mais autant l’histoire devient plus intéressante au fur et à mesure, autant on a l’impression que le dessin perd énormément en qualité ! Les décors sont quasi inexistants, quant aux expressions des visages, elles sont le plus souvent ratées. On a l’impression de dessins faits un peu trop vite avec des visages complètement déformés, des proportions non respectées et c’est bien dommage parce que cela gâche vraiment la lecture. On peine à parvenir au terme de ce tome à cause des visuels alors que l’histoire nous intéresse de plus en plus. Espérons que cela s’améliore par la suite, sous peine que l’on perde totalement notre intérêt.
Une histoire qui gagne en intérêt mais avec des visuels de plus en plus ratés.
