Après avoir découvert que Shin Hari a pris la place de Yeongsuh lors du rendez-vous arrangé, Kang Taemu décide de se venger en lui demandant de jouer sa fiancée devant son grand-père. N’ayant pas d’autre choix, Shin Hari accepte à contrecœur, d’autant qu’elle a de plus en plus de mal à cacher sa véritable identité au travail, persuadée que si son patron la reconnaît, elle perdra son travail.
Les situations cocasses s’enchaînent dans ce second opus de A business proposal. Les relations entre Kang Taemu et Shin Hari sont toujours aussi amusantes mais surtout elles deviennent de plus en plus concrètes. Alors que Taemu ne veut au départ que se venger, il s’intéresse de plus en plus à Hari, ses sentiments pour elle changent petit à petit et il s’affirme de plus en plus face à son grand-père. On aime aussi le second couple formé par Yeongsuh et Sunghoon, qui est très mignon à chacune de leur rencontre, même s’ils n’apparaissent pas tant que ça, n’étant qu’un couple secondaire. Le retour à la fin du tome de l’homme dont Hari était folle amoureuse va sans aucun doute relancer les choses. Qui choisira-t-elle ? Est-ce que c’est en le voyant qu’elle prendra conscience de ses sentiments naissants pour son patron ? Il paraît plutôt inévitable que ce sera le cas, mais seule la lecture de la suite pourra nous l’apprendre.
